Become a Delivery Partner

Our dedicated delivery partners enable survivors to access the Phoenix Programme in several locations across Kent and further afield. They are established organisations already delivering domestic abuse services and have specialist, experienced domestic abuse workers within their teams.

Their role is to host the Phoenix Programme in a suitable location, coordinate referrals and provide any wrap around support required to survivors, and to support trained Phoenix Facilitators to deliver the sessions.

Being a Delivery Partner gives your organisation access to the Phoenix Delivery Partner Templates, Facilitator Handbook and Participant Handbook, as well as access to facilitator training and refresher training. You will also be invited to attend annual update and connection meetings in which you can network with other Delivery Partners and receive the latest materials.

Currently there is no cost to becoming a Delivery Partner as we are keen for as many survivors as possible to be able to access this life changing programme.

To become a Phoenix Delivery Partner your organisation will need to abide by the Delivery Partner Service Level Agreement. Key points to note below.

Delivery Partners agree to:

  • Use the Phoenix resources solely to deliver the Programme and as outlined in the Phoenix Guidance and Toolkit.

  • Attend annual meetings organised by the Provider to receive updates on the Programme and the new password to access the Phoenix resources.

  • Manage their own referral and screening process, and act as the data controller for all participant data, ensuring compliance with GDPR.

  • Source their own location to deliver the Programme (in person or online) ensuring it is an appropriate, safe space.

  • Complete a risk assessment specific for their organisation, participants and venue in relation to delivery of the Programme.

  • Be responsible for quality of their Programme delivery.

  • Ensure each Programme has two Facilitators.

  • Be responsible for responding to individual client needs raised by their Facilitators, e.g. risk assessment, referral into MARAC etc.

  • Share anonymised participant feedback and data with the Provider after each Programme.

  • Respond to feedback and complaints relating to Programmes delivered by their organisation and escalate to the Provider as required.

  • Evaluate the Programme delivered by their organisation.

  • Have appropriate policies and procedures in place.

  • Comply with all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
