Become a Phoenix Facilitator

Are you passionate about delivering life changing support to survivors of domestic abuse?

Do you believe in the power of peer support and connection to enable healing?

Do you thrive in a group environment?

Then you should consider becoming a Phoenix Programme Facilitator.

Our experienced and committed Phoenix Facilitators are the backbone of the Programme, supporting participants as they journey through the materials together.

They are there for survivors throughout the programme, building trust, walking through the resources, listening, validating and helping them to move forward.

Being a Facilitator gives you access to the Phoenix Facilitator Handbook and Participant Handbook, as well as access to facilitator training and refresher training. You will also be invited to attend bi-annual update and connection meetings in which you can network with other Facilitators and receive the latest materials.

Currently there is no cost to becoming a Phoenix Facilitator as we are keen for as many survivors as possible to be able to access this life changing programme.

To become a Phoenix Facilitator you will need to abide by the Facilitator Service Level Agreement. Key points to note below.
